Terms and Conditions
It is important that these terms and conditions are read in their entirety. Please read these alongside details provided in the FAQ section of my page. By ordering products from Sally’s Rainbow Resins, it is understood that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to all parts without exception. If there is any part that you do not agree with or do not understand please contact me before you place your order
Sally’s Rainbow Resins reserve the right to refer customers back to this page if any issues arise that are covered here.
Orders
- I may use photographs of your purchase for advertising purposes. If you do not wish for me to do this then please let me know as soon as possible.
Availability
- All orders are subject to stock availability. I do keep most items in stock, but Rings and some other items may be ordered in from other suppliers. In the eventuality that the supplier is out of stock you will have the choice to either cancel your order or wait until the Jewellery is back in stock.
- I will not order any settings / products required for your order from third parties until your inclusion has been received. If there is a delay in receiving your inclusion this may result in your setting not being available at the time your inclusion arrives with me. It is your responsibility to send your inclusions to me as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Amending orders or cancellations
- Cancellations or amendments to the Jewellery setting or memorial gift are accepted until the point your inclusion arrives with me. If an order is cancelled then any return costs of the inclusions will be the customers responsibility and will be taken from the amount refunded.
- Once a setting / memorial gift, has been ordered by me from a third party, if you wish to cancel the order, then I am not obliged to fully refund you. If you have also changed your mind on the item you have ordered, I am not obliged to change the setting or fully refund you.
- Once an order has been started colours, designs or settings cannot be changed as it is not possible to separate your inclusions from the resin. Once an order has been started, I am not obliged to refund you.
- If after 4 weeks I have not received your inclusions upon ordering I reserve the right to refuse to issue any refunds.
Timescales
- Please see FAQ section for details on my current timescales.
- You are purchasing your items in the full knowledge delays may occur at any time and these dates are estimates only. If there is to be any delay I will contact you via email to discuss
- Estimated timescales are based on the time your inclusions arrive with me. Please note that any delay in sending your inclusions to me will mean that you have to join the current waiting list at that current time
Delivery
- You are accepting full responsibility for posting your inclusions to me and accept that should they go missing Sally's Rainbow Resins cannot be held responsible or liable in any way. It is your responsibility to ensure that the inclusion is securely package and the right delivery option and payment option is chosen. Please see the FAQ page for how to prepare your inclusion for postage. Postage costs of inclusions to me are covered by the customer. Any costs incurred by me due to incorrect postage payment will be charged to the customer. The order will not be released until these are paid in full.
- All completed orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 hr tracked service or special delivery, to the address linked to the paypal account or the address provided on ordering. It is the customers responsibility to make sure this address is up to date and correct. Sally’s Rainbow Resins cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an out-of-date address.
- In the event your item does not arrive on time, please check the tracking number provided on dispatch of your order. If you are unable to resolve this issue, please contact me to discuss your options. Please allow 30 days from the date of posting for your parcel to arrive. Sally’s Rainbow Resins cannot be held responsible for any loss of your inclusions back in transit to you.
Product Guarantee, Returns and refunds
- Every item is handmade by me, and I take great pride in the quality of my work. It is massively important to me that you are happy with your completed order. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order please read this section carefully.
- Care instructions are available on this page and will be sent with your order. It is important that you read, understand and adhere to these.
- Due to the fact these items are bespoke made with your own inclusions I do not offer refunds on orders that have been completed except in the following conditions. If an item become defective, depending on when it was purchased, what condition it is in and if the item shows clear signs of fault (due to no fault of your own ) In the first instance I will attempt to repair the item. If this is not possible then I will replace the item with the exact same product. If the original item is unavailable, you will have the choice of another item to the same value or a refund. The timescale for this is 6 Months only from the date you receive your item.
- I am not obliged to repair or replace snapped pendant chains, unless faulty, but in the event that this happens, please contact me and I can assist with replacements at a small cost to you.
- If you happen to damage your item accidentally, I am not obliged to refund you, repair or replace the item. I will however do whatever I can to resolve this issue, but this will be at an extra cost to you.
- I reserve the right to request any damaged items back for inspection at your cost. If in the event the damage is through no fault of your own this postage will be refunded and further options discussed. If on inspection the damage is deemed to have been caused accidentally by you then you will be responsible for the return postage of the item.
- Whilst every effort is made for my Jewellery and keepsakes to be perfect due to these being handmade, some small surface bubbles maybe seen on completed products. These do not affect the integrity of the item. Small surface bubbles are not considered as a fault
- When ordering a ring it is important that you order the right size. This is the customers responsibility, and no refunds or exchanges will be given for Rings ordered in the wrong size. Please see my FAQ page on how to measure for a ring.
- If a refund of your order is agreed, the initial costs incurred posting your inclusion to me will not be refunded.
- Do not return items if a return has not been agreed. If you return an item without prior arrangement, and the damage is deemed accidental damage, then I will retain the returned product until you pay any additional amount for re delivery of the product to you.
- In the highly unlikely event that your order does arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 3 working days so that the issue can be resolved without prejudice.
